Abstract

LAGE, MICHELINE MADUREIRA. VOICES IN DIALOGUE: TEACHING, READER AND LITERATURE UNDER THE FOCUS OF UNDERGRADUATION STUDENTS FROM TEACHER EDUCATION IN PORTUGUESE. Rev. Bras. Educ. [online]. 2017, vol.22, n.68, pp.61-79. ISSN 1809-449X.  https://doi.org/10.1590/S1413-24782017226804.

The article has as it subjects of analysis the directions literature teaching is taking in federal universities of teacher education courses (in Portuguese) in the state of Minas Gerais. To perform the analysis, were employed qualitative and quantitative approaches to data, that were obtained primarily through field research. The corpus is composed of documents and interviews with professors from studied universities. Data analysis revealed the presence of diverse voices concerning to the relation between literature and education. By these voices, a series of reflections on such processes could outline the place literature contemporaneously occupies in the universities investigated in this study.
