This study analyzes the attributions of graduating Pedagogy students in Special Education about the pedagogical resources to pupils with special necessities. The research, accomplished through questionnaires, had 32 students graduating in Pedagogy. The results indicated that the definition of pedagogical resource is based in a learning conception and the most indicated categories of deficiency to the utilization of specific pedagogical resources are visual, physical and mental.
