MORI, Nerli Nonato Ribeiro  y  BRANDAO, Silvia Helena Altoé. O atendimento em salas de recursos para alunos com altas habilidades/superdotação: o caso do Paraná. Rev. bras. educ. espec. [online]. 2009, vol.15, n.03, pp.485-498. ISSN 1413-6538.

Current research describes educational attendance in Resource Classrooms for highly talented children (HTC) in the state of Paraná, Brazil. Data were collected through half-structured interviews by two teachers who work within the school context. Reports were analyzed from the historical and cultural theory approach which presupposes availability of material and symbolic mediators as an important condition for access to culture. Results show pedagogical practices based on the teachers' eclectic and personal efforts to furnish the classroom with the necessary apparatuses. In spite of the difficulties, continuation and efficaciousness of the proposal may be an important contribution for the enrichment of the conceptual levels of highly talented children.
