The aim of this work has been to carry out a systematic review of studies on the effectiveness of interventions based on mindfulness in the treatment of ADHD for its possible implementation in the educational context. Likewise, the methodology and design of each study has also been analyzed. The research process was realized in PsycINFO, ERIC, Dialnet plus, Roderic and Google Scholar databases, using keywords and certain inclusion and exclusion criteria. Only six articles out of 121 met these criteria. The results show how research evidences a reduction of the main symptomatology of ADHD through mindfulness. At the same time, we concluded the lack of studies and inclusive programs of mindfulness and ADHD in educational settings.
