Abstract

The article points out the connection between the productive processes and the necessary professional faculty in comparative analysis panorama between the traditional capitalist economy (based on the relationship between labor, capital and natural resources) and the global economy (internationalized). It demonstrates the production in the first case is described by a pyramidal, hierarchical and static organization. The second may be represented by the image of a "spider net" that symbolizes the international production, fragmented and without national bases. It emphasizes the actions wich the education should accomplish. Those actions may be formulated by the question: to whom and to what contexts should the graduation processes be systemized? And how are the best performances developed to many production patterns? This presupposed "revolution" is developed in a social exclusion environment in which the first excluded are the "handicapeds" in terms of new knowledge acquisition. The new learning processes in the organization resurge in the contemporary era, sometimes as a relate aspect to the productivity and competitiveness of the company by low costs, sometimes as a "sine qua non" condition to the surviving of the companies in the market. In contradiction, the formation aspects and up being a reflection of the social and political transformations to "ease" the productive context excluded panorama.
