This paper describes and analyses the experience and consequences derived of the accomplishment from a process of integral self-evaluation that has taken place in the Instituto de Ciencias de la Salud, in Argentina. It is intended to show, its development, the found difficulties, the strategies that were used for their solution and the Important incidences that have brought for which it will be the projection of the institution in the future.
