The main goal of this study is to verify the correlation between students performance in ENC (national undergraduate program evaluation exam) and their performance in different evaluations in Business Administration courses. Average grades of some tests were observed: ENC, Undergraduate program conclusion monographs, apprenticeship activities, transcript grades. Data analysis was done through correlation between average grades. A strong correlation between the averages of the ENC (discursive and general) and transcript grades was found and little correlation could be observed between ENC (mainly multiple choices) and the Undergraduate program conclusion monographs. The averages of Apprenticeship activities had no correlation with the averages of the ENC and conclusion monographs. It was verified that particular contents predominate in this kind of evaluation. It was concluded that due to the different contents and methodologies analysed by evaluations, it is difficult to find coherence among them and that the ENC should not be the only parameter to organize the courses. Besides, the results of this study reveal some divergences between what the Lei de Diretrizes e Bases (LDB) considers important for the student's education and what is evaluated by the ENC.
