The article discusses partnership experiences in teachers' formation. Starting from a brief contextualization of the debate, it introduces questions about the concept of partnership. It points out aspects considered relevant in present discussions in Québec about the act of professionalizing teachers and its interfaces with a partnership, emphasizing contributions of this present process for recent interinstitutional submissions of questions considered to be critical in teacher's formation. It analyses a concrete experience of formation partnership of teaching professionals in Brazil. The text indicates controversies and possible conquests which partnership presents to the process of professional teaching socialization, attracting the necessity for new researches.
