Solid modernity - the engagement of capital and labor - has been supplanted by "light," "liquid" and "fluid" modernity - disengagement/weakening of links that tie capital and labor, making the Nation-State device, which homogenized the processes of cognitive spacing, synthetic and moral in a triple sovereignty -political, economic and military - become opaque and relativized. New products arise from this new restructuring such as the creation of new processes of world spacing, originating the crisis of instituted territorialities and of instituting subjects, and the question of identity and of belligerent sociality, promoting the appearance of neotribes. Thus, there seems to be little hope in the rescue of the services of certainty, security and State warranties, since progress represents the self-reliance of the present and no longer just any quality of history.
