Abstract: This article aims to present a proposal for the evaluation of institutional practices, through categories of evaluation of the management of the Federal Institutions of Higher Education (IFES), regarding the insertion of women. This evaluation may allow the elaboration of a situational diagnosis, in order to encourage organizations to raise awareness about the subject, aiming to contribute to overcoming gender inequalities.
