This paper tries to discuss some biological aspects evolved in the human motion. Due to the nature of scientific knowledge related to the field of biology and medicine allowing to conduct the motion in the own man's benefit, through health preventive and rehabilitation proceedings, research about human is considered very important. To strengthen this point of view one can verify that physical activity it is not a mere question of fashion, but it goes far beyond through the secure ways of science. So that today, a collection of scientific terms like aerobics, energetic balance, calorics, etc, are related to the sports, recreation, performance and to the physical ability and mentioned and discussed by person in different ages, scholar backgrounds and professions.
