In this paper we outlined the teaching-learning process and Fernando de Azevedo´s pedagogical propositions, so we could give support and legitimate the educational and political conception attributed to that sociologist and educator. Thus, we intend to elucidate the teaching-learning process reinforced by Fernando de Azevedo, in which he extracts the basis for his pedagogical, political and educational speech, as well as the reasons why he explains himself more widely and objectively as of the year of 1945, as he gained special attention in his thoughts and a bigger clearness of the theoretical sources from which he gets his inspiration.
