The theme of this research is teachers continuous education, questioning the education focused on school, viewed as that occurring in job context, giving emphasis on the collaboration and dialogue among teachers. This educational modality works with the reading of the practices as references for analysis, reflection and critique from the knowledge already acquired by the teacher in his teaching experience. Assuming school as space and time of professional and personal development, this kind of education proposes the union of moments of education and work and insists in the importance of the research as educational strategy and priviledged situation to systematize the knowledge and learning constructed in the school. Thus, teacher’s research shows the possibility to produce knowledge and reflection about the person (self-knowledge), the other, work, situations, happenings, ideas.
