AVILA, Luciana Toaldo Gentilini  e  FRISON, Lourdes Maria Bragagnolo. Educação física na educação infantil: estratégias para promover a aprendizagem autorregulada. Educ. Puc. [online]. 2012, vol.17, n.02, pp.181-189. ISSN 1519-3993.

The changes witnessed in the 21st century require for that students leave school having acquired multiple knowledge structures and being autonomous in their learning. In order to achieve that, the school needs to teach students beyond the content of the subjects, and strategies for self-regulating their learning throughout life. Thus, the purpose of this study was to analyze a proposed intervention in the Physical Education lessons offered to Kindergarten students that could help in promoting self-regulated learning. The research proposal was regarded as a case study of an intervention performed by a Physical Education teacher at a preschool classroom. In the intervention, the teacher worked the specific contents of the subject and promoted the teaching of learning strategies. After analyzing the data collected, it can be observed that the intervention contributed to the self-regulated learning of the students.
