Infancy and Early Childhood Education are important issues arousing discussions and different approaches to children who have disabilities. The approaches range from biologicist issues, psychological assistance to approaches relating to the education of 0-6 year-old children. This study reflects on the permanence and schooling of a student with disabilities enrolled in a regular kindergarten school. The method used was a collaborative learning network based on everyday situations at school, and the results point to the importance of Early Childhood Education in the life of this child, showing there are opportunities to promote both access to the permanence of this schoolchild in the space of regular kindergarten. In order for this schoolchild to be accepted, objectives need to be well defined and concrete, which requires the availability of and coordination between all the professionals involved.
