The present study aimed to evaluate some contributions of training shared between a Mathematics teacher of an elementary school and future teachers, Mathematics college students, as they were performing supervised activities. We opted for investigating the shared work experience through narratives as we believe that it is the contact with the subject itself that allows one to perceive learning. We analyzed and discussed aspects that represent teaching as an activity essentially permeated by human interactions. In this sense, we focused on one of the elements of the trainees’ learning experience with the supervisor teacher: the planning of curriculum management in Mathematics.
