Abstract

BARBOSA, José Márcio Silva  and  MELLO, Rita Márcia Andrade Vaz de. Pedagogical Political Project: Transformation of the pedagogical practice in the discourse of school managers. Educ. Puc. [online]. 2016, vol.21, n.1, pp.31-43. ISSN 1519-3993.  https://doi.org/10.5965/151939932112016043.

The aim of this paper was to understand to what extent had the (re)elaboration of the Pedagogical Political Project has allowed the transformation of pedagogical practice in the school management context. Data were collected through qualitative approach and action research with the purpose of discussing the themes with course participants in a virtual environment classroom, particularly the discipline Experiential Project, which integrates the syllabus and training content of a graduate course (Specialization) in School Management. The results seem to indicate that despite the limits and many challenges found in the pedagogical practice, the interlocution between theory and practice, when incorporated into management practices, is possible in continuing training programs focused on school managers. It was found that, in general, through the Pedagogical Political Project, school management acquires a sense of existence and it is a central component for pedagogical practices according to the concepts of school managers that work in schools.
