Resumen

WAGNER, Flávia  y  COSTA, Janaina Preve. The pedagogical-political Project as an instrument to strengthen Democratic Management. Educ. Puc. [online]. 2024, vol.29, e2411855.  Epub 01-Oct-2024. ISSN 2318-0870.  https://doi.org/10.24220/2318-0870v29a2024e11855.

The aim of this study is to investigate the role that the Pedagogical Political Project plays in educational spaces to help make democratic management a reality. To this end, scientific productions (theses and dissertations) on the subject were consulted in the databases of the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations and the Capes Catalog of Theses and Dissertations. The searches were based on the assumption that the Pedagogical Political Project is one of the instruments for strengthening and implementing democratic and participatory management in schools. The methodology used was a systematic review with qualitative analysis, based on predefined criteria for the inclusion and exclusion of documents for study. The sample surveyed covers the period from 2015 to 2023. Eight papers were selected, six dissertations and two theses. From the survey emerged results relating to the importance of Democratic Management in educational spaces, the (re)affirmation of the Pedagogical Political Project as one of the instruments for making democracy effective, as well as a guiding document for projections and actions within schools. On the other hand, questions arose about the document being drawn up in an undemocratic way, just to confirm decisions made individually and as a mere bureaucratic formalization.

Palabras clave : Democratization of education; Target 19; Education plans; Public policies.
