On the basis of our study on the integration of the ICT and blogue in the kindergarten of Rio Côvo Stª Eulália, we will try, in this text, to give the contributes of these resources for the development and joint the knowledge and abilities to some levels of the language (Faria, 2007). We will thus look the potentialities of blogue in the emergency of the reading and the writing, in the formation civic-staff, in the development of the autonomy and of personal and social formation, articulated with the basic paper of the Educator and the adults who encircle the child. We will give account of as through the digital tools, if it can promote deeper abilities in literacy and if they develop consistent acquisitions of practical of autonomy and critical spirit.
