The mobile technology is configuring the way we live, work and learn. The development of mobile technologies is operating some transformations in all areas of society, especially in education. Young people use mobile phones to communicate and also intensively to access the Web through chats, blogs and games. They are developing a set of capabilities and skills that can be enhanced in learning process. This paper presents an experiment of teaching activities mediated by mobile phones. A set of challenges were provided to students of Vocational Education with the goal of full integration of mobiles into the process of teaching and learning and to analyse the implications of its use in individual and collaborative learning. This study describes some activities and focuses on the perceptions of students in the development of a literary Peddy-Paper about the poet Fernando Pessoa.
