The paradigm shift from a mechanic school, which sees knowledge as fragmented and stagnated, to an interdependent and global school, or by Peter Senge, of "systemic thinking", may be mediated through the use of Information and Communication Technologies, which may enhance the desirable pedagogical change in practices and educational agents within and outside school. Peter Senge has brought, from the reflection on Economics and Sociology, new and great challenges for the "schools that learn". Schools prepare, today, students who are not candidates for the industrial era, of compartmentalized disciplines, but ….future workers who belongs to knowledge systems, a feature of 21rst century.
