Although girls and women are not on an equal circumstances in relation to men in the access to information and networks in society and in the knowledge economy that constitute the era of globalization and are not on an equal circumstance in science and technology courses and in the labour market on ICT, education policies have focused their attention and their speeches on the requirements of "networked society" and, above all, informational/global economy".
