Abstract

ROCHA, Antonieta  and  PEREIRA, Alda. Groups, networks and collective: a contribution to understand the theory of Anderson and Dron. Educ. Form. Tecnol. [online]. 2014, vol.7, n.2, pp.39-52. ISSN 1646-933X.  https://doi.org/10.1646‐933X-v7n2201407120004.

In this article we discuss the Taxonomy of Many advocated by Anderson and Dron. Once Groups, Networks, Collective, Virtual Learning Communities and Virtual Communities of Practice are filling the Internet, we think that is relevant reflecting on the proposals presented by several authors to characterize these new organizational structures. Among the different authors we isolated Terry Anderson and Jon Dron that seem to present - in his Taxonomy of Many - a more complete characterization of the now existing online granularities. We seek, therefore, present and discuss these granularities as new forms of organization.
