Mediated by Digital Technologies, new possibilities have been opened up to pedagogical work, resulting in different ways of obtaining information and generating knowledge, interfering in how individuals think, communicate, and learn. The use of new digital resources, as auxiliaries in the processes of construction of knowledge in classrooms, obtains prominence and importance. Among these technologies is the Digital Whiteboard, which has many differential aspects when compared to common boards. Among them is highlighted the possibility of inclusion of interactive activities and new language in classroom. This work focuses its analysis on observations of manners that the Digital Whiteboard have been used in Mathematics for classes taught to elementary school 1. The focus was to identify some forms of appropriation of these whiteboards by teachers and group them in order to identify if they are inserted in mathematics teaching activities that explore the resources of this digital Blackboard and its interaction and interactivity features, or if they are just being used without considering these possibilities. Therefore it was examined how teachers used them: if it was as a didactic, interactive or used as an interactive improvement support. It also was analyzed if there is the presence of technical interactivity, conceptual or physical between the students and the board. It was noticed that the interactions were, in general, reduced to an understanding of the whiteboard as a teaching support used for technical interactivity.
