Abstract

OLIVEIRA, Eloiza da Silva Gomes de  and  SILVA, Marcos Antônio da. Mapas conceituais e aprendizagem no ciberespaço: Uma reflexão sobre didática e partituras musicais. ETD [online]. 2006, vol.08, n.01, pp.72-89. ISSN 1676-2592.

This article approaches the importance of the conceptual maps as didactic strategy, in the learning accomplished in virtual atmospheres. We considered the interaction, their peculiarities and challenges, looking for some concepts in Piaget, Vygotsky, Primo and Cassol. In the analogy that we created - groups and orchestras, didacticism and musical scores - the interaction guarantees the harmony of the group, the productivity and the importance of the learning collectively built. The teaching process, that has as peculiarity the intention, does with that didactic procedures appear. This process generates a body of knowledge on the teaching: the Didacticism. The teaching processes and learning accomplished at the distance demand the creation of a specific didacticism. We pointed the conceptual maps, created by Novak and based in the theory of Ausubel, as an excellent methodological option. They are a graphic tool used for representation of the conceptual structure of a certain knowledge. They form a structure that is going from the including concepts to the least inclusive ones. They are used to order and to form nested sequences of teaching contents, offering appropriate incentives to the student. They turn more significant and pleased the student's learning, transforms the knowledge systematized in curricular content, establishing connections of the knowledge with the relevant concepts that the student already possesses.
