SADALLA, Ana Maria Falcão de Aragão  and  SA-CHAVES, Idália da Silva Carvalho. Constituição da reflexividade docente: indícios de desenvolvimento profissional coletivo. ETD [online]. 2008, vol.09, n.02, pp.189-203. ISSN 1676-2592.

Provided by a formative-investigative project, the process of collective reflexivity of a group of teachers was registered in writing, making it possible to identify the indication of this process and its most noticeable determiners and implications. The purpose of such a research was to understand the teaching process reflexivity by means of the critical analysis of the involved teachers’ narrations as well as to identify some strategies of potential formation in the development of the participants’ reflexive logic in their collective search to overcome everyday dilemma and also to accomplish the collaborative and shared construction of the political-pedagogical school project. The formative project is elaborated from the uneasy occasions caused by the different expectations when discussing the possibilities of changing the conception, structure, organization and the school curriculum planning. The results point to a possible deliberate intervention in the knowledge building up process as well as in both professional and personal development of the teachers, leading to a shred, systematic and critical reflective process focused on their everyday teaching experience and activities.
