Abstract

This research has as an objective try to understand the process of formation and learning of educationalist and student in the Educative Process of social integration PEIS (in Portuguese) or EPSI (in English). The practicing in the process gives us the possibility of reflexion in methodological proposes to youth and adult education - EJA - in educational public policies in the country. The main work is PEIS‘ methodologies focusing and study environment as methodological proposes to an education ruled in the dialogue between educationalists and students. The work used the methodology of research - action - participant having as reference the Colombian sociologist Orlando Fais Borda, getting students, exstudents, professors and ex- professors from PEIS involved. On this way we tried to understand the process of formation and learning, based on “Historicidade da educação de adultos no Brasil” - and from public policies proposed to the Education of adults along the years. It was broached “The Educative project of social integration - EPSI” so as to configurate the chosen place to make the research goes on. Giving power to educationalists and students from the project and finally it was analyzed the “practices of formation and learning of adults” having as a main point three categories:Formation, learning and methodology.
