Abstract

The studies on the formal history education, public or private and its pratical pedagogic pratices a povement in recent years, in part because of results the theoretic-methodologics of research of the history of education as well in the field of school culture. These studies have contributed, since the decade of 1990, among others studies, to demolish old historygrafic myths, among the ones that they had looking for interpret the state politics and legislation, its conflicts its theoretical bases achievement, many times as not-achievement and/or accomplishments of copies of educational politics made another context social-political cultural.
