Abstract

ROSSO, Ademir José  and  CAMARGO, Brígido de Vizeu. Social representations of working conditions that cause teachers to wear state of Paraná. ETD [online]. 2011, vol.13, n.01, pp.269-289. ISSN 1676-2592.

The social representations (SR) on the situations of teaching generating mental strain are investigated according to the theoretical approaches of Moscovici and Abric. Information was collected through a questionnaire (N = 128), prompting the recall of situations that cause mental exhaustion, and later in an interview (N = 38), proceeded to pull successive evocations of the most common. Information censitátrias were analyzed using the SPSS, the evocations, the EVOC and SIMI, and the justifications for the first evocation, through content analysis. In increasing order are related to situations evoked feelings, support, work environment, centralizing the materiality and responsiveness of teaching, the factors leading to the union, stage of career development, training, gender and employment creation in the RS. The collection and analysis of information reveals a RS-centered recognition of the teacher, being named the disinterest, disrespect and indiscipline and crowded classrooms as the situations that wear more teachers in their work.
