This article aims to discuss the theme of the other at Philosophy. Dialoguing with images of cinema and television, it seeks to identify the images or concepts of other produced in the history of Philosophy. In a schematic form, it presents the images of the other as barbarian (Aristotle), exotic (Montaigne), civilized (Voltaire) hell (Sartre), for at the end to rehearse a “no-image” of the other as radical difference, proposed by the philosophy of the difference of Deleuze.
