Discuss the relationship between policies for teacher education and the interference of international multilateral agencies in particular the World Bank (IBRD). Through desk research, analyze official documents of the Ministry of Education (MEC) on teacher training, documents IBRD and UNESCO.Visando poverty reduction and job training, the main target of the IBRD is the Basic Education for those should form teachers whose proposals are reflected in the curriculum guidelines, whose focus is on "training for skills." Thus, the educational institutions turn their goals to match the workforce to the dictates of capital, transferring the school from the political sphere to the sphere of the market.
