The present research has as theme “the school indiscipline”. The objective was to analyze the Records of Indiscipline Incidents ( RII ) at State Public Schools in a city of SP. It was identified the naughty students by interviewing teachers, the school coordination, directors; watching classes; analyzing the student’s RII. The “school records” are important for the formulation and implementation of prevention projects which deals with school indiscipline. However, it was noticed a “trivialization”of the RII. There is a discrepancy between the number of schools and the number of records. It was realized that: there isn’t a continue relation, and it doesn’t occur referrals of each occurrence. ROIs would be important materials for preventing acts of indiscipline if used in a judicious and coherent manner.
