This interview with Professor José Augusto Pacheco, a researcher in the field of curriculum and current President of the Institute of Education at the University of Minho (Portugal), aims to bring up some reflections on the process of internationalization and cosmopolitism of the curriculum, the importance of knowledge in this field, and the impact that external evaluations have had in several countries that have shown an increased tendency to follow global and transnational policies.
