In this article, where we deal with two inserted search in Critical Education Field, we intend to understand the contribution of the educational proposal of Paulo Freire in pedagogical practices of teachers. We base Principles of Liberating Education in Paulo Freire, choosing As mains category the Critical Dialogue; To understand the pedagogical practices of teachers, we appeal to John Francis de Souza. They both helped us to understand the pedagogical practices of teachers in Critical Perspective where the educational process is influenced by their subjects and contexts. To Research Development, we support in qualitative approach, using As Production instrument and Data Collection the outlook of school routine. Regarding the organization and data processing, we betook to the Content Analysis (Bardin, 2008). We focus Actions developed on early childhood education and youth and adult education, on Ground Schools, in order to follow the teachers’ work. Studies Made revealed that Freire's reference offer elements to support a teaching pedagogical practice focused on human formation of the person in the educational process.
