This paper presents some results of a research whose objective was to analyze processes of interaction among subjects in two courses of initial training of mathematics professor, in the form of Distance Education in Superior Education Public Institutions. The data were collected from the observation of the Learning Virtual Environments in the disciplines of the courses offered during 2012. From the data obtained and following by theoretical study, we identified four disciplines according to the Broadcast approach and three disciplines according to the "Virtualization Traditional School" approach, in a model of interaction tutor-student and/or student-student after observe some actions of question-answer, in one of the courses presented. In relation to the other investigated course, were identified characteristics of interaction between subjects according with the "Virtualization Traditional School" approach, in other words, the answers and questions were answered or forwarded by teacher/tutor to students, from what they produced without considering the possibility of interactions between students and the realization of collective productions.
