The objective of this paper is to narrate the development, implementation, and analysis of a set of educational activities and resources, developed in partnership with elementary school teachers. The activities aimed at integrating Health as a theme in the school curriculum, in a crosscutting manner with the use of DICT. Adopting Research-Based Design methodology, a holistisc Health concept and the appropriate and critical approach to DICT use, the project "Living With Science and Citizenship" was developed in the context of a municipal school in Rio de Janeiro, involving seven teachers and 40 students. Different teaching strategies were adopted (game, debate, newspaper creation etc.) and integrated physical and digital technologiy, with focusing on students’ protagonism and on digital literacy. The whole process of planning and implementation has been documented (interviews, field reports etc.) and analyzed, generating basic elements for building design principles.
