Abstract

SILVA, Mariane Carloto da  and  PAVAO, Silvia Maria de Oliveira. (IM)POSSIBILITIES OF CURRICULUM ADAPTATIONS IN HIGHER EDUCATION. e-Curriculum [online]. 2018, vol.16, n.3, pp.621-649. ISSN 1809-3876.  https://doi.org/10.23925/1809-3876.2018v16i3p621-649.

The aim of this study was to analyze the influences of Curriculum on forecasting and planning of practical mechanisms developed in a Learning Center. These mechanisms are used to promote the inclusion of students, identifying the regulations of the Political Pedagogical Project and Curricular Matrix of courses. Using a qualitative and exploratory approach, data were collected through semi- structured open interviews answered by coordinators and teachers of undergraduate courses in a federal institution of higher education. The results were analyzed using the Content Analysis technique. It was found that the solid concepts about the Curriculum influence on curriculum adaptations, practices and actions that promote learning and course conclusion for all students, with or without disabilities. It was concluded that the adaptations proposals reveal the challenge of thinking about different teaching practices that promote equal learning conditions.
