This article is the result of a research carried out within the scope of Colégio de Aplicação at the Federal University of Sergipe, in order to analyze the discourses produced by teachers and students about the issues of gender and sexual diversity. The methodological approach applied was influenced by the poststructuralist studies, using as a strategy for data generation interviews with six teachers (three males and three females), six students (three males and two females) and an educational technician. In the first and second part we discuss the participants' gender and sexuality conceptions. In the fourth part we reflect on the pedagogical work with the themes of gender and sexuality. At the end of the analyzes and discussions undertaken, we discuss how the biological, religious, pedagogical, scientific and moralist discourses cross the lines of the research participants, producing heteronormative and regulatory discourses on bodies, genders and sexualities from the school space.

Keywords : Gender Relationships; Sexualities; Teaching Work.
