The present article reports an analysis of influence of neoliberal policies on the implementation of the Curricular Common National Base (BNCC), in accordance with the High School reform. The north of this discussion is the neoliberal policies that act on the High School profile, through Law 13,415/2017. This law provides subsidies for the implementation of the reform and the implementation of the BNCC, amending several articles of the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education. Despite the complexity of the subject because the many issues involved in various segments of society, which often have antagonistic interests, it is possible to observe neoliberal ideologies such encouraging Professional Education and favoring public-private partnerships. With regard to the BNCC implementation, the main objective is to propose the curricular reformulation of Basic Education, guiding the contents and the practices of the teacher. However, it was noted that many aspects of the reform will find serious problems for its implementation, for example, the low investments in schools so they not can offer what is being proposed. It is contrary to the fiscal adjustment policies and the limitation of the public expenditures for twenty years according to the Constitutional Amendment 95/2016. It is also noted that in the impossibility of investments outsourcing and privatization, supported by Law no 13,415/2017, will possibly increase considerably the use of public resources in private institutions. In addition, the flexibilization of teaching and the curricular reorganization tend to decrease the historically systematized contents, promoting emptying and precarization of public education.
