Abstract

JESUS, Eliane Maria de  and  MONTEIRO, Silas Borges. “CORNER OF THOUGHT”: A NORMATIVE ACT?. e-Curriculum [online]. 2020, vol.18, n.1, pp.391-407.  Epub Sep 30, 2020. ISSN 1809-3876.  https://doi.org/10.23925/1809-3876.2020v18i1p391-407.

This work comes from a currently underway research approved by the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT). The objective is to bring children's narratives about their experiences on the “little corner of thought” in a public daycare center in the state of Mato Grosso. The research is inserted in the field of Education in relation to the philosophy of difference. It dialogues with authors such as Jacques Derrida / Nietzsche, Deleuze, Kohan, Corazza and others. The methodological itineraries used participant-observation and the listening to narratives, evoked by children in the context of a “scene-happening” (cenacontecimento) in the day care center environment. The scene results from exercises of experimenting possibilities, of the “corner” as a normative act, dimensioned in the creative and autonomous thinking of children in kindergarten. In this sense, we present in the text other ways of thinking childhoods, in a deconstructive movement, as well as in a Deridian way, affirming childhoods which operate in their own logic and show themselves to us in a way in which their acts in this institution reverberate, as well as their “artistry” (artistagens), becomings and experiences.

Keywords : Little Corner of thought; Child education; Experiences; Children; Deconstruction.
