It is a case study, to investigate the dynamics of the curricular change process of a medical course from the teachers' perspective, focusing on the analysis of critical incidents and linguistic repertoires obtained in individual interviews. The data were analyzed and discussed from the College’s Internal context during the period of curricular change; the External Context presenting the relation of the courses with the health and education networks; the Projects developed by the professors to support the changes and the Resistances / Clashes resulting from them.
