This research on the Formation of Competent Professional and the respective formation process has three objectives: (i) from a theoretical point of view, to bring the reflection on the Formation of a Competent Professional in the light of Perrenoud (2013) and Gimeno Sacristán (2011); (ii) from the experiential point of view, adapt and apply the theoretical concepts of formation of a competent professional to a formation course for education professionals; (iii) to discuss and to analyze the major impacts on the Teacher Formation Course, how we face and overcome them. We use the methodological approach of Exploratory Research, for the study of the two courses in which we apply the concepts of the referred authors. The results show that this project was built based on the concept of acting with competence and the partnership between teacher and students.
