This study analyzes how the sharing of classroom experiences among faculty members, through the Internet, can enhance their professional development in education and act as a favorable element for the development of the curriculum in undergraduate courses. The grounded theory study comprised the application of open interviews with 32 faculty members. In their speech, they recognized the contribution of sharing experiences to improve their professional development in education. Also, they valued their operability through digital storytelling since the factors, that make this practice comfortable, are respected. Digital narratives enhance professional development in education, influence the personal dimension, and collaborate to achieve the learning objectives from different curricular components present in pedagogical projects of undergraduate programs.
