The Early Childhood Education includes and is recognizes as first stage of the basic education, as Brazilian Education Basic Tenets Law, n.º 9.394/1996. However, often any change in political panorama intensively affects the educational proposal to daycare and preschool children. Thus, we aim with this essay to analyze and to evaluate the educational and curricular political debate nowadays. Our proposal is, firstly, to reflect about an education that regards children from the dynamic established among socialization, politics, childhood, situated on the childhood studies. After, we deal with evaluation on children’s learning, that does not lead to 'epistemicide', but that enables children’s power, considering and understanding the diversity of language and world. We conclude defending an Early Childhood Education as a right and as happiness, as a possibility of creation and meeting.
