Abstract

SANCHEZ, Janina Moquillaza; GUTIERREZ, María Flores  and  HUAMANI, Oscar Gutiérrez. Curriculum and cultural epistemological crisis:. e-Curriculum [online]. 2022, vol.20, n.1, pp.217-237.  Epub May 06, 2022. ISSN 1809-3876.  https://doi.org/10.23925/1809-3876.2022v20i1p217-237.

Before the rationalist, pragmatic cultural epistemology of research in education in Peru, we aim to analyze and reflect on the “PEN al 2036”. The problem: the preservation of excludent national curriculum, alienated to the relationship between school and society and the Andes ancestral philosophy, maintaining ethical and identity conflicts. We ask: Does the “PEN al 2036” recognize the need for cultural epistemological change? Theories of Bachelard, Jung, Giroux, Morin and theory and methodology of Gilbert Durand for the hermeneutics of culture are used. Results expose research ethical and social responsibilities alienated. We propose qualitative holistic research and Allin kawsay as public policy.

Keywords : PEN to 2016; cultural epistemology; Allin kawsay public policy.
