In this article, resulting from research conducted within the scope of a discipline in the course in Education from the Postgraduate Program at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro, we aimed to discuss the significance of Online Education in the researchers’ formation in postgraduate programs, grounded in the principles of Cyberresearch-Formation. This study revealed that the architecture of didactic design, combined with portfolio and video-research tools, along with curriculum activities, fostered the engagement, authorization, and autonomy of the students. However, some students encountered challenges in video-research production and time management for participation and engagement in asynchronous and synchronous activities. Therefore, the formation of researchers was achieved, by recognizing the importance of curriculum activities aligning with the assumptions of cyberresearch-formation.
