This article aims to analyze the potential of the narrative as an instrument of reflection, teacher training and curricular insurgency, starting from a research that had as study object a proposal of an anti-racist education, undertaken by a group of public school teachers, in a context of Covid 19 pandemic. This was a qualitative research that performed a content analysis of professional experiences narratives gathered through class diaries. The theoretical framework discuss conceptions and practices of an anti-racist education and the concept of (auto) biographical narratives. The results confirm the importance of promoting a reflexive practice for the professional development of teachers and the necessity of a systematic work with the ethnic-racial theme in the development of professional teaching knowledge in an anti-racist perspective.

Keywords : anti-racist education; professional experiences narratives; class diaries; education in the pandemic.
