The article aims to understand the relationship between curriculum and human training in the contemporary context and to identify its consequences in the training process. For this purpose, a qualitative approach and bibliographical research are used as a methodology, having as a parameter the assumptions of historical-dialectical materialism. At the end of the study, it was verified the need to think about the curricular organization with a parameter in human formation based on the principles of the ontology of the social being in its entirety.
