Abstract

It is proposed as an objective to discuss the curriculum for the multigrade classes of education in the countryside in the light of historical-critical pedagogy, having as a horizon the proposition to consider the curriculum and the school context as a locus of access to scientific knowledge. This is a theoretical article, with a qualitative approach, based on studies with a Marxist reference, whose main interlocutors are the theorists of historical-critical pedagogy. In our studies, we concluded that there is not a single way of thinking about a curricular proposal for multigrade schools in the field, but it is necessary a good theoretical-methodological basis, to be understood in the apprehension of the phenomena of multiple determinations and relationships. in favor of human formation in line with social transformation.
