This work, of a qualitative, investigative, dialogic nature, problematizes the daily experience of thinking about making narrate and the construction of a curriculum in basic education in an indigenous school in the Municipality of Maricá - Rio de Janeiro, having as an epistemic investigative field the intercultural curricular discussion critique and the perspective of the reflection movement with everyday life as a field of research, from the perspective of alternative, anti-hegemonic and instituting movements. It is understood that the respective curricular field in indigenous schools brings tension in the elaboration of a practiced curriculum that can in fact be emancipatory and liberating for indigenous school communities in their educational process.

Keywords : instituting movements; basic education; indigenous education; curriculum.
